I met with Terry on a Friday to discuss selling our home, and by Monday afternoon we had 5 offers, including some higher than listing price. We discussed every offer in detail, and he was able to add insight that included significant details beyond the dollar amount of the offers. In every phase of the process, from listing, to agreement on the best offer, and especially during the completion of repairs and final preparation of the property, Terry was available for advice at all times of the day. He always ended every call and meeting with, "Do you have any more questions?" We closed on the sale within a few weeks of our first discussion. Prior to the sale of this home, I had not engaged in buying or selling a house in more than 20 years. Terry made everything easy! I would definitely recommend him for any residential property sale.
